Proper dog care

The most basic care of the dog is the power. Unfortunately, many dog owners believe that as long as their dog is given enough food, everything is ok. Too many dogs suffering from fragile bones, bad teeth and common problems due to be fed the wrong kind of food and then not getting the nutrients that are necessary to grow and maintain healthy bones, muscles and teeth. Foods that contain artificial colourings and preservatives often lead to the development of allergies and fed with raw meat only a dog just won't cover his daily calcium needs.
A dry food that is specially formulated to meet the nutritional needs of your dog depending on its age and activity level is always the best choice.Cheap food may seem like a good alternative, but often are the most expensive in the long run. consider that the dog will need most of the varieties generally cheaper as much of what is in these foods is ' padding ' and that the padding will lead only to him have more bowel movements that would otherwise be necessary.
Grooming is an important area of care of your dog. all dogs, regardless of their type of fur, should be governed, at least once a week. Obviously, some breeds will need daily grooming but also flat-coated breeds, as it should be given Rottweiler and Labrador weekly grooming sessions.
During the session to govern, use the time to see any other health problems that may be hitting your dog.Her skin must be checked for signs of wounds or dryness; ears must be checked for inflammation or pus; its paws and tail must be monitored for possible damage; and his body must be checked for unexpected lumps and bumps.

If fleas and ticks are found on the body, they must be treated immediately. Ticks can be removed, covering the body in vaseline, so that the checkmark comes to the surface of breath; fleas may deal through special preparations available from your local pet shop or veterinary surgery.
Of course, regular exercise is important for your dog that should be walked at least once a day, preferably twice. not only stick to roads as your dog enjoy being able to run and play and vary your route so that he does not become bored from its exercise.
Get to know the routine of your dog. Thus, if you notice any changes in progress you will be able to contact your veterinarian for advice. it is always best to make a call too many compared to ignore a problem because rarely disappear without treatment.
